Summer 2024 Car Wash Dates

 

To keep  your ride sparkling clean this summer Tuscola’s Marching Mountaineers are having six (6) car wash fundraisers over the next two months.

The Tuscola Band car wash dates are:

June 13, 20 and 27, and

July 11, 18 and 25.

All on Thursdays; 10am to 2pm.

Two locations on all dates:

Tractor Supply @ Lake Junaluska, and

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Hazlewood.

The Band’s percussion, wind (brass and woodwinds) and color guard sections will provide the “elbow grease” to make your car sparkle and shine.

Lake Junaluska Fireworks: July 3, 2024 – Parking/Viewing On the Hill at Tuscola HS

Come on up “the Hill” to the Tuscola High School parking lot for absolutely the best view of the Lake Junaluska Independence Celebration fireworks, scheduled for July 3, 2024, ~9:30pm.

Get there early and enjoy the entire evening with family, friends, food, fun, lively music and plenty of community spirit!

Enjoy Bluegrass music by the Patrick French Duo from 6-7pm. Test your bean bag throwing prowess with a cornhole tournament from 7-8pm. We will also have a live DJ to provide a variety of delightful and patriotic music and a bounce house to keep kids of all ages entertained.

Plus, we’ll keep your taste buds satisfied with some great eats from these food truck vendors:

Appalachian Smoke Barbecue,

Poppy Joe’s Kitchen,

Kona Ice, and

Glazed & Infused.

Tuscola Parking Lot opens at 6:00pm. $25 per car load. Credit, debit and cash accepted. All proceeds benefit Tuscola’s Marching Mountaineers. Thank you for your support!
